Lochan Narayanan is a leadership coach and a Learning &
Development professional with over 13 years of experience across
several domains such as BFSI, Analytics and Telecommunication. Her
experience spans across design, development & facilitation of various
learning & development interventions across various levels within the
organisation. Some of her previous experiences include big
companies like American Express, SBI and ACT Fibernet.
She is also a certified HR 40 under 40 leader. She holds a
postgraduate degree(MBA) with a specialization in Operations and
Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad and Bachelor’s of Business Studies
From SSCBS. Lochan is amply invested in creating a platform for
